Coconut Beach

Coconut Beach is just 2km south of Cape Tribulation and is an excellent example of the rainforest meeting the reef. It's well worth a visit at low tide, when the reef is exposed, leaving behind a network of rock pools containing a diversity of marine life. This beach is best accessed when heading south, as parking is only available on the southbound side of the road and if heading north there is no safe place to turn around.
